Single view for call center users for leading private bank
- Developed application for call centre users, which enabled them to view information from multiple underlying systems and carry out transactions relating to customer requests from a single screen.
- The main challenge was the integration of different IT applications/systems like Profile Core banking system, Lendsphere Loan management system, Debos Demat system, CRM etc in its landscape to cater the business requirements. After this process flows were developed to gather and present the required information
E bank statement generation and management
- Developed a BPM based system to manage bank statement related processes which includes generation of electronic bank statement as PDF , tracking user requests for bank statement, delivery of e-statement to user’s mailbox and other administrative processes.
- The main challenge was to implement a business process solution capable of addressing all the business complexity and security risks involved.
Supplier portal for Leading manufactorer
- Developed portal to handle shipping notifications in a streamined fashion. All suppliers of the firm use this application to inform in advance, the shipment of pre ordered rawmaterials, from their manufacturing plant to customer
